"Quick customer service that put me at ease"
I had a question about my order and was just looking for a little reassurance that everything was okay. They got back to me really quickly, answered my question clearly, and made the whole thing feel easy and stress-free. Definitely appreciated the fast help

Ordering was simple, and I remember feeling excited right after checking out because it was so quick. The shipping did take a little longer than I expected, so that waiting part kind of stayed with me, but overall it was a smooth experience.

"Good beans , fresh"
I’ve ordered coffee beans from La Colombe a handful of times now , and overall they’ve been good . They usually show up tasting fresh , and they grind nicely at home . The flavor has been solid too , though one bag was a little darker than I was expecting . Still , I enjoyed it and would probably order again . Not perfect every single time , but definitely worth buying .

The coffee tasted really fresh, so I’m happy with that. Shipping could’ve been quicker, though, but hey, I guess patience is part of the experience.

"Super easy subscription, solid coffee"
I’ve been using a La Colombe subscription for a few months now it’s been really easy. The coffee shows up when it’s supposed to, and if I need to move the delivery date, it’s quick to change. No real issues so far — it’s just nice not having to think about reordering coffee all the time

"Arrived in perfect shape"
I’ll admit I’m a little picky about packaging, especially with drinks, so I was really happy when my La Colombe order showed up looking great. The box wasn’t crushed or torn, and everything inside was packed snug enough that it didn’t seem like the cans had been bouncing around.
The cans were clean, no dents, no leaks, and even the cardboard looked nice. It’s a small thing, but I personally really appreciate when an order arrives exactly how it should. Easy 5 stars from me...

My order got here faster than I expected, well, not overnight or anything, but quick. Everything was fine and I didn’t really have any issues.

"Good value, though I felt a little pushed toward bundles"
I thought the prices were fair for the quality, especially after comparing them with a few other coffee sites. The shipping does make you pause a bit, and I felt a little pressured to go for a bundle or subscription just to make the total feel worth it.
It’s definitely not the cheapest coffee you can find online, but it also doesn’t feel like a ripoff. If you’re trying to have better coffee at home and don’t mind buying a bit more at once, the value is solid

"I wish I could blame them for something..."
I wish I could blame them for something, but the delivery has never failed me yet. They keep showing up on time while everyone else seems to mess it up.

"Pretty good canned lattes, not totally perfect"
I’ve been keeping these canned lattes in the fridge and overall, they’re good, I think. I tried the vanilla and the mocha, and both have that clean taste, not too sugary, with the coffee still actually coming through. A little inconsistent they can be sometimes, like one can feels creamier than the next, which is kind of odd. But for an easy cold latte at home, I’m still happy with them. Shipping was fine too, no issues there.

"Really smooth coffee, great flavor"
I ordered a few different blends from La Colombe i’ve been happy with them. The coffee tastes really smooth and has that rich flavor without being bitter like some other brands I’ve tried. It also smells amazing when it’s brewing. I had a quick question about one of the blends and support basically said something like, “that one’s a good pick if you want a smoother, balanced cup,” which turned out to be exactly right. Overall, really good coffee and I’d order again.
